Romney goes to hardware store, buys ‘hardware stuff’

Mitt Romney runs errands, buys groceries on day off of campaigning
While in New Hampshire today near his home on Lake Winnipesaukee, Mitt Romney took time to run a few errands. After exiting a Bradley’s Hardware store, a reporter toting around with the candidate asked what he bought. Unpredictable as ever, he answered, “hardware stuff.”

Later on…

Romney headed to Hunters Shop ‘n Save. He told the press corps. he has “some folks coming over today.” The goodies he purchased, presumably for his guests: two ears of corn, 12-packs of Caffeine Free Diet Coke and Wild Cherry Diet Pepsi, Greek yogurt and a 24-pack of Poland Springs bottled water.

…I hope they come hungry!
